a few updates to keep me in line...
1. flowercamp I
full. excited to host the first flowercamp at the "farm" in burke county next saturday the 19th. will post pics as soon as i return/recuperate!! have 13 ladies on "the list"..

3. Home garden
Spinach, peas, pak choi, radish seedlings are up and cute. If you haven't planted, check out "Get Busy" in Blog Archive...Cut your BASIL and get ready for PESTO!!! Stick it in some water and leave in kitchen window...Details on PESTO next....
4. Farm garden/field
Plowed up the pumpkin patch. Pretty bummed that I won't have ONE single
pumpkin to have, share, sell. Next year, watch out deer and turkeys. I'll be fully loaded and camped out...
5. This post is written just after Melanie Oidin lost against some other pretty girl.

Flower Camp was wonderfuuuulllll! We had a great time and was so impressed with the beautiful surroundings and the beautiful garden of zinnias. Lunch was definitely "Southern Living" material, as well as the Red Zinnia Clippers. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you again for donating your time and effort, and all of your talents. TQ
