red noodles

You would think the only thing I am growing this summer is BEANS!

The 'Red Noodle' beans are a real treat to watch growing over the arbor,

but even better as a veggie on my plate!

Above you see a pic of the 'Red Noodle' on the arbor, they are at least a foot long and dark purple. The vine grows very rapidly,

and there are always long beans hanging down from the arbor!

Below with olive oil, garlic, salt and peppa.

Recommend these for next year, and I will probably post more about these fabulous BEANS!
